Nobody asked be but.....
Our local paper has a commentary written each week that starts with the phrase "nobody asked me but...." Its a good piece, sometime the only good thing in the paper reflecting the mood of our valley.
Lately it made me think, and I have to say I have being thinking to myself Nobody asked me, no but! I hate pet peeves, its one one my pet peeve as a matter of fact. But I like most loathsome contradictory hypocrites of the planet earth have a list of them none the less. One being that we never ask the person, or talk to the person to whom we have question of. .... It does not matter the what or why Nobody asked me because they dont care what the truth is. People like to make up there own truth to fit in the reality they have made for themselves vs being free of false lies and living in REALITY.
Nobody asked me about anything, and if they do they already have the answer and if my first hand response is different then they tend to stick with there original conclusion anyway.
Nobody asked me....... but what we are willing to listen to, believe and care about concerning other people exposes a lot about us to others and hopeful ourselves.

"During his comments, Bill Walley announced the winner of the store's Moapa Valley community photo contest. Walley, who directed the store's renovation project explained that the company had wanted a local flavor to the store's new decor. "We wanted the community to participate in the look of the store so we held this photo contest so that we could display the components of the community that are most important to you," he said.
Each grand prize winner won a $100 Lin's gift card. The winners included Kimberly Abbott, Scott Simper, Donna Davis, Marissa Paul, Nancy Perkins, Chelsey Robinson, Paul Maier, and the young Addison Peters who is only seven years old."

When things are going great I could never fully enjoy it, "waiting for the other shoe to drop" I did not have a good model in my parents, and well this book hits it right on the head for me at least. I dont like "self help" books, but I love this book and wouls recomend it to anyone, no matter what season you are in!
